The client's WhatsApp Business number could not be registered because Meta Business Manager repeatedly flagged account-level permission errors during verification. Multiple assets, permissions, and account roles prevented the registration process from completing, leaving the WhatsApp Business API unusable and blocking all messaging functionality.
We performed a complete audit of the client's Meta Business Manager configuration, reviewing account ownership, business assets, user permissions, verification status, security settings, and WhatsApp Manager configuration. Each permission dependency was systematically validated until the registration process could complete successfully.
We corrected the Meta Business Manager permission structure, completed the WhatsApp Business Platform registration, verified the business number, resolved all remaining verification issues, and ensured the WhatsApp Business API could successfully send and receive messages without dashboard errors. The client also received documentation explaining the completed configuration for future deployments.
